Why can't we ship overseas?

The Club is currently looking into a new shipping company for deliveries abroad. If you would like to ship outside of Israel, please send an email to with your full name, complete address and list of products that you would like to purchase.

I chose the home delivery option, how long will it take me to receive my order?

If you live in Israel, you will receive your order within 14 business days. If you live outside of Israel, delivery will take up to 30 business days, subject to the shipping terms of use.

I chose to collect the order myself at one of the stores, how will I know when it arrives?

You will receive a phone call or a text message updating you that your order has arrived at the branch and is ready to be collected. Please note, pickup at one of the Official Stores must be done within 7 days from the time that a message is received that the order is ready. After 7 days, all packages will be brought to the Official Store at Kiryat Shalom (106 Derech Ben Tzvi) and will be available for pickup during regular store hours. The orders will be available at the Kiryat Shalom store for 21 days from its arrival, after-which the package will be mailed by standard postage to the customer at their expense.

I chose to collect the order myself at one of the stores, but the system is still requesting a shipping address.

Don’t worry, your order will arrive at the store of your choice and you will not be charged for delivery.

I want to order an item but I don’t know what size to choose?

A size chart is available for your convenience. The table is a guide only and the exact size may differ from person to person. You are always welcome to visit one of the stores and try the item on yourself!

I ordered an item and the size is not good, can I exchange it and how?

If the item is new and still has the original tag on it, you can visit one of the stores to return it. You may also return the item to our warehouse through our delivery service for the cost of 30 NIS (one-way). The delivery cost for exchanging an item is 45 NIS (two-way). As per our return policy, personalized and printed items cannot be exchanged. Further information can be found through the terms of use.

I received a defective item, how can I exchange it?

You will need to come to one of the Official Team Stores with the item along with the details of the order (order date and date the item was received). Before visiting one of the stores, we recommend that you contact our customer service department at

The Club maintains the right to determine if the item is defective or not.
