What are the delivery times?

We undertake to deliver the orders up to 7 business days with home delivery and collection from the store in Bloomfield, Kiryat Shalom or the PICK UP service. In case you chose self-pickup, you must arrive only after receiving an SMS message - 'Your order is ready for pick-up'.

What should I pay attention to when ordering?

You must make sure that the details with which you connected to the website (the login/join button on the website) are correct and written in a standard way in all the registration fields. That is: first name only in the designated field, last name only in the designated field, address only in the designated field, email only in the designated field and phone only in the designated field.

How will I know that my order has been received?

The order confirmation will be sent to the email within 30 minutes from the moment the order is received.

I have a discount/credit coupon, how can I use it?

You can enter the coupon code on the 'Shopping Cart' page. Please make sure you have entered all the coupon details, including letters and numbers. You cannot use more than one coupon.

My coupon is not valid, what should I do?

In this case, please contact our customer service at the following email: shop@mtafc.com. Please include your Lan account subscription number in the email.

Can two coupons be used?

No, only one coupon can be entered per order.

Is it possible to add/change items in the order after it has been completed?

It will not be possible to add/change items to an order after it has been completed.

Can the order be canceled?

As long as the order has not been processed at the warehouse, it will be possible to cancel. If the order has been sent to the customer, the customer must accept the order and then come to the store/contact customer service if they wish to cancel.

Is it possible to correct the size/name on a custom shirt?

After placing the order, name/size changes will not be possible on a personalized shirt.

Additionally, the item will not be returned/exchanged.

Is the site secure?

Yes. All purchases through our website are secure.

I forgot my username/password, how do I recover it?

Very simple, you can quickly recover your password for the site in your personal area. Another recovery option is to click "Forgot password" while logging in to the site. You will then be asked to fill in the email address you used to register for the site and the password recovery email will be sent to you there. Now you can choose a new password and go shopping on the site again.

Is it possible to order without registering on the website?

Yes, it is always better to be a registered user on the site so that you can log in and see your entire purchase history and receive additional details on your personal page.

I purchased products and after receiving the shipment the size is not suitable, can I exchange it?

Of course, you can come to our store in Bloomfield and make an exchange.

How can I exchange or return an item I purchased?

An exchange or return of a product purchased on the site can be made within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. The exchange will be made by the customer, only at the Bloomfield store. Exchanging/returning an item to the Bloomfield store will only be possible with a ticket on the item and presentation of a receipt. In special cases, you can contact shop@mtafc.com
