What are the delivery times?

We undertake to deliver the orders up to 7 business days with home delivery and collection from the store in Bloomfield, Kiryat Shalom or the PICK UP service. In case you chose self-pickup, you must arrive only after receiving an SMS message - 'Your order is ready for pick-up'.

Is it possible to correct size/name on a customized shirt?

After the order has been placed, name/size changes will not be allowed on the custom-made shirt.

I forgot my username/password, how do I recover?

Very simply, you can recover your password to the site quickly in the personal area. Another recovery option is to click on "Forgot password" while logging in to the website. How can I exchange or return an item I purchased?

Exchange or return of a product purchased on the website can be done within 14 business days from the day of receiving the shipment. The exchange will be made by the customer, exclusively at the store in Bloomfield.
