1. The products and/or services purchased on the website will be delivered to the user at the address in Israel, which was entered by the user when placing his order. The delivery and transport of the products can be done through a courier or transport service or through the Israel Post, all at the discretion of the club and/or the website operators.

2.  The delivery date will be in accordance with the delivery conditions detailed on the sales page of the products and/or services which will be customary at that time in the club.

3.   Only a product and/or service whose price has been paid in full by credit card will be provided to the user and ownership of the product and/or service will pass to the user only after the club account is actually credited with the full amount of the sale of the product and/or service.

4 The club will not be responsible for any delay or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the club and/or the website operator and/or the suppliers, including strikes, shutdowns, etc.

5.  The shipping fees listed on the website do not include exceptional transportation.

6. In the case of unusual transportation, the club will be entitled to charge an additional fee on top of the fee charged for normal transportation.

7. The regulations of the transport company and the supply of the products and/or services will apply to any supply/transportation of a product that will be purchased through the website, and will bind the user.

8. Before the website operators take care of the delivery of the product, it will undergo an inspection to verify the quality of the product and then it will be packed in a closed package. If the customer wishes to complain about receiving a product that did not arrive in a closed package, he must do so immediately and notify customer service by sending an email to  [email protected]

9.  The delivery times of the products/services as indicated on the sales page only include the calculation of business days and do not include Fridays, Arab Sabbaths and Israeli holidays. The goods will be delivered to the customer up to 7 business days from the time of placing the order, whether he chooses delivery via a courier service or self-pickup.

10. The shipping fee will be paid by the user together with the payment for the product.

11. The customer has 3 delivery options:

A. Self-pickup – you can pick up the order without a delivery charge from the Kiryat Shalom/Bloomfield branch. The collection will be made only after receiving a telephone message or via a text message to the mobile phone. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the message.

B. Home delivery (valid in Israel only) – the package will be sent by courier, when the package is delivered you will receive a phone call because there is a package on the way to it, the customer will receive up to  3  phone inquiries in order to set a final date for the delivery of the package. Shipping price is NIS 29.

third. PICK UP delivery – an SMS message will be sent to the orderer’s mobile phone with the location of the pickup point according to the address typed in the order.

12. In the event that the customer wishes to exchange the product he purchased, he can do so free of charge in any of the club’s stores. It is not possible to exchange custom-made products, products with printing or used products.

13. On special sales days (like Yellow Friday) and the following week there may be delays in the delivery service, delivery times for orders will be 14 business days at the most and usually even less than that…
